Die Leadeffect GmbH mit Sitz in Hamburg unterstützt mehr als 45 B2B-Unternehmen als langfristiger Online-Marketing-Partner; schwerpunktmäßig in den Bereichen Webdesign, SEO, SEA, LinkedIn und E-Mail-Marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and uploading receipts
  • Sending invoices and reminders
  • Making transfers for our company
  • Assisting with account assignment and booking preparation
  • Maintaining and managing relevant documents
  • Managing projects in the ERP system (Moco)
  • Liaising with our tax advisor
  • Various assistant tasks

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in preparatory accounting
  • Meticulous and thorough work approach
  • Quick comprehension and independent work
  • IT affinity and confident use of digital tools
  • Willingness to travel to Hamburg once per quarter (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
