About Us:

We are a young, motivated team of engineers, architects, and technicians with years of experience in project management and extensive expertise in planning and executing construction logistics projects.

With our expertise in Lean Construction, we also design customized logistics solutions for projects using the Lean Construction method.

Our goal is to make construction projects more efficient, with a particular focus on professional and competent on-site customer support using Lean methods.

Our clients include developers, project managers, general planners, and architects, whom we support and advise during the planning process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent execution of planning projects nationwide.
• Competent advice to our clients on all aspects of construction site logistics.
• Conception of individual and needs-based logistics solutions and creation of feasibility studies.
• Advising our clients as the primary point of contact in formulating and implementing strategies.
• The preliminary determination of planning, professional planning of individual logistics phases, as well as tendering, awarding, and site supervision of construction logistics services are also part of this new and exciting area of responsibility.
• Project execution from a technical and economic perspective.

Your Profile:

• A completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in construction law fundamentals (HOAI, VOB, AHO Heft Nr. 25).
• Proficient in standard office applications, as well as CAD and AVA.
• A structured and meticulous way of working, coupled with a solution-oriented approach.
• A high degree of communication skills, team competence, and resilience.
• A confident and self-assured demeanor, with the ability to express yourself competently both in writing and verbally.
• Negotiation skills and confident customer interaction.
• Occasional willingness to travel is required.
