Your tasks

• You conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of websites and identify their weaknesses
• You create insightful analyses and interpretations of your findings
• You act as a sparring partner and consultant for conversion analysts, supporting them in formulating test hypotheses and developing test scenarios for A/B tests
• You co-architect the design and formulation of personalization strategies for user segments
• In summary: You understand website users better than they understand themselves, thereby generating measurably more revenue for your clients

Your profile

• A completed degree in psychology with a focus on behavioral psychology or media psychology. Additional training or postgraduate studies are an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience in online marketing and/or experience in A/B testing on websites are a significant advantage
• Proficiency in using Office tools
• Proficiency in written German and English
• You are eager and determined to apply and develop your psychological expertise as a career starter or career changer in the online marketing industry
