Requirements
Must have:
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or comparable vocational training/experience in IT or interface roles.
- Ideally, energy industry knowledge in feed-in processes or EEG/KWK billing.
- Development experience and ideally SAP IS-U knowledge, or experience in another SAP module with quick learning ability.
- Strong interest in the energy transition, related IT processes, and commercial contexts.
- Appreciation for a mix of application support, customizing, basic SAP/development understanding (ABAP), and business support.
- Structured work approach, taking responsibility for core processes and project tasks.
- Proactive in completing tasks, staying up-to-date, and valuing knowledge exchange.
Responsibilities:
- IT responsibility for the feed-in tariff billing process in SAP IS-U, ensuring correct system calculation, mapping, and output of remuneration payments.
- Configuration and parameterization of the EEG-Billing component to price imported energy quantities based on legal and business requirements.
- Submitting error tickets and requirements to the manufacturer and coordinating the implementation of regular patches.
- First point of contact for incidents and change requests, finding sustainable solutions in coordination with energy suppliers and customer service.
- IT support for the entire invoicing process, from billing and invoicing to dunning, acting as a central link between feed-in customers, customer service, and the distribution network operator.
