Sales Specialist Digital Pathology (w/m/d)

As a Sales Specialist Digital Pathology (w/m/d) at Leica Biosystems, you will be responsible for providing workflow expertise necessary to win complex projects in the field of Digital Pathology. This position is part of the Sales Digital Pathology team in DACH and you will work entirely from home. At Leica Biosystems, we have the vision to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives. You will be part of the Digital Pathology Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager Digital Pathology DACH, who is responsible for the successful implementation of the Global Digital Pathology Strategy in DACH. Your Opportunities:

• Utilize your expertise and acquired knowledge to determine the current state of laboratory workflows at the customer's site and develop potential future system solutions for them.
• Plan, present, and demonstrate potential system solutions to the customer, in close collaboration with the internal team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders of our customers, internal team members, and, if necessary, third-party providers to find the best possible solution for our customers.
• Accompany system solutions through all phases of integration and implementation at the customer's site.
• Provide ongoing support to customers and their system solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally, at least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a histology laboratory.
• IT affinity and a basic understanding of digitalization in the laboratory environment.
• Proven ability to learn technical areas with limited prior experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Additional Advantages:

• Ideally, laboratory experience, preferably in a histology laboratory.
• Highly advantageous: IT affinity, experience with image management and analysis systems, and a basic understanding of digitalization in the laboratory environment.
• Proven ability to learn technical areas with limited prior experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
