What awaits you in this SAP job

• Support of the SAP HCM module: You are responsible for SAP HCM customizing in payroll (PY) and for time management (PT).
• SAP consulting and process optimization: You support the specialist departments, capture requirements, drive continuous process improvements, and implement them in the SAP HCM system.
• SAP project participation: You are actively involved in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors projects and act as a contact person for external service providers and HR management.
• SAP support and training: You take over 2nd level support for SAP HCM PY and SAP HCM PT and are responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of user training for SAP HCM users and key users.

What you bring to this SAP job

• Practical SAP HCM experience: Consulting and support of the SAP HCM module, especially in the areas of Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT), including sound customizing experience.
• SAP project experience: Experience in SAP HCM project work as well as in-depth process knowledge in personnel and human resource management.
• Communication skills: Motivated consultant personality with a dedicated, structured, and proactive way of working; excellent German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Academic qualification: Successfully completed studies or an equivalent qualification.
