Join our team at our headquarters in Munich and support us as soon as possible and permanently as a Senior System Administrator*in (all genders) Microsoft Cloud and Security.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of our Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Microsoft 365).
• You will manage the administration of the Exchange infrastructure (Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online), including mail security solutions and gateways.
• You will drive access and identity management concepts and actively shape our security architecture.
• You will implement cloud security strategies and continuously develop them with a focus on zero-trust approaches and modern protection mechanisms.
• You will undertake structured analysis and processing of security incidents and derive sustainable measures.
• You will automate recurring processes using PowerShell (and ideally Python) to make our processes more efficient.
• You will support cross-departmental projects and contribute to resolving technical legacy issues.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in administering complex Microsoft cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange / Exchange Online).
• Profound knowledge in access and identity management as well as mail security.
• Understanding of modern security architectures like Zero Trust and experience with cloud security solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview or comparable).
• Confident use of PowerShell; experience with Python is a plus.
• Independent and structured way of working with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude in a dynamic team environment.
• Very good German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
