Your Mission: Turn Leads into Deals
- Master of the Close: You'll take over qualified opportunities from the SDRs and confidently guide them to contract signing.
- Consultative Selling: In in-depth discovery calls, you'll understand customer pain points and demonstrate in customized demos how Lightspeed revolutionizes their business.
- Pipeline Management: You'll juggle multiple deals simultaneously, keep your pipeline clean (Salesforce), and forecast your successes accurately.
- Teamplay: You'll provide feedback to the SDR and marketing teams to continuously optimize lead quality -- you win together.
What you bring:
- Closing Experience: You have already successfully worked in B2B sales (SaaS, IT, or similar) and know how to close deals.
- Deal-Maker Mentality: You don't have to cold call, but you have the drive to turn every appointment into a closing.
- Communication Skills: You can explain complex products simply and connect with customers emotionally.
- Industry Plus: Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, POS, or e-commerce is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Languages: You negotiate fluently in German and have good English skills for internal communication.
