We are growing rapidly and seeking experienced SaaS Account Managers (m/f/d) to strategically develop existing customers, drive expansion, and deliver real business outcomes.
In this role, you will manage an existing portfolio in the DACH market, identify revenue potential, and execute data-driven account plans to increase retention, expansion, and product adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor at the C-level, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and ensure sustainable growth.

Please note that the position is based in Berlin and we have a hybrid work approach. As you will be managing a portfolio of German-speaking customers, excellent German language skills are essential.
Your Mission:
- Strategic Portfolio Development: Manage a scalable customer portfolio with a focus on expansion, retention, renewals, and value creation.
- Drive SaaS Growth: Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on usage data, business goals, and market trends.
- Results Through Insights: Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, ChurnZero) to make data-driven decisions and derive action recommendations.
- In-depth Customer Success: Conduct business reviews, build executive alignment, and develop tailored success plans.
- Close Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Act as the liaison between customers and our Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product teams.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative sales.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue within existing customer accounts (upselling, expansion, renewals, churn reduction).
- Independent, proactive work style with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at management and C-level and convey added value.
- Analytical thinking and experience with CRM, BI, and Customer Engagement tools.
- Fluent German and proficient English, both written and spoken.
