Senior Producer (AA PC/console game)

Role Overview

Limbic Entertainment is seeking a Senior Producer to join their team and contribute to the creation of next-generation games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accountability and timely completion of work.
• Own the production roadmap, milestones, and task pipelines, tracking development progress daily.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and publishing partners to align planning with creative vision.
• Resolve conflicts between scope, schedule, and creative goals, reporting progress to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project scope and quality expectations throughout development.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of cross-discipline workflows (design, art, engineering, QA).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Jira workflows and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 is a plus.
• Familiarity with the strategy and/or city builder genre.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in game production with a proven track record of delivering games (ideally strategy or city builder).
• Management experience and multiple shipped titles.
