(Junior) Corporate Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Role Overview
Join our Corporate Finance team and play a key role in fundraising initiatives, M&A transactions and FP&A activities. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing directly to strategic financial decisions and the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare clear, structured, and decision-ready presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials for internal stakeholders, investors, lenders, and M&A processes.
- Support equity fundraising and debt financing processes as well as buy-side M&A activities.
- Help maintain and further develop our structured finance activities, including stakeholder management of banks, insurance groups, and leasing companies.
- Build, maintain, and further develop detailed financial models, perform scenario and sensitivity analyses, and help with company valuations using established methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analyses.
- Support the liquidity planning, cash flow and property performance tracking processes to help identify variance drivers and insights for senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Relevant practical experience through internships or full-time roles in consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or other faced-paced environment.
- Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills, including three-statement models, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and a solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, trading multiples, precedent transactions).
- Strong PowerPoint skills (Think-Cell a plus) with the ability to translate complex financial analyses into clear, structured, executive-ready presentations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, combined with a very high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and fluency in English and German.
