Build & Operate Group Accounting and Reporting

Set up and further develop group accounting structures at Limehome as our first group accounting resource

Ensure timely, accurate and complete monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, as well annual group notes and management report

Establish a structured and reliable group closing calendar across entities
Group Accounting and Reporting Process and System Excellence

Develop and document group accounting policies in line with applicable accounting standards (currently HGB)

Design and continuously optimize consolidation, reporting and disclosure logic and processes

Select, implement, and administer a consolidation tool aligned with our Finance System landscape

Drive automation and standardization across group reporting processes
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Act as the main contact person for external auditors, coordinate and ensure successful group audits

Support the preparation of audit documentation and technical accounting memos

Work closely and effectively with local accounting teams, Finance Systems, FP&A and external advisors, where relevant
