What You'll Be Doing
- Optimize and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Work hands-on with Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct market research and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Deliver data-driven insights based on trends and metrics
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German (C1--C2)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory, including solid knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings).
- Background in Digital Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Gross Salary: €23,000
- Signing Bonus (paid in 3 stages, gross -- conditions apply)
