We are the LocalUp GmbH. Our goal is to make local marketing scalable and efficient. We don't rely on manual busywork, but on our own automation software. We are looking for someone who understands marketing not just as colorful pictures, but enjoys the logic and technology behind it.

Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager at LocalUp, you won't just create campaigns "manually" in the ad manager, but will control and configure our automation software, which does this work for you.
Campaign Setup
- Create multi-local advertising campaigns for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads using our in-house developed software.
Data Logic & Structure
- Prepare data so that our tool can process it without errors. You think in "if-then" functions and structured processes.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor automated output, check feed data, and ensure that ads are displayed correctly.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- If something is wrong, figure out if it's due to the data source or the settings, and continuously optimize the processes.
Social Recruiting
- Create social recruiting ads and the corresponding funnel landing pages using external tools.
Local Listing
- Support the onboarding and monitoring of our Local Listing customers, thus ensuring maximum reach for Google Business Profiles.
Qualifications
This job requires technical understanding. You don't have to be a software developer, but code snippets or complex tables shouldn't scare you.
Technical Mindset (Must-have)
- You have a basic understanding of coding, scripts, or at least a high affinity for logical data preparation (e.g., complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas). You understand how computers read data.
Logical Thinking
- You can think through abstract processes and quickly recognize patterns in data sets.
Marketing Fundamentals (Nice-to-have)
- Initial experience with the Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will teach you the necessary platform knowledge.
Work Style
- You work very conscientiously, structured, and independently.
Language
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
