We're looking for a hands-on Regional Marketing Manager (Germany) to drive Locus Robotics' go-to-market strategy and fuel pipeline growth. In this role, you'll plan and execute high-impact regional campaigns, adapt global content for local success, and directly support sales effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Support the Locus Robotics strategic go-to-market strategies and tactics within the DACH region. Work closely with other marketing functions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns within the region by leveraging global campaigns and content to generate pipeline.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads; build a strong process for lead and opportunity management, create marketing assets for sales enablement to accelerate the buyer's journey.
- Enable the sales team with marketing assets to accelerate the buying journey and improve conversion rates.
- Perform analyses of marketing tactics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build a strong relationship with key influences and decision-makers within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related fields in a B2B environment.
- 3+ years' experience with leading marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, plan, develop, and execute marketing tactics and activities in the DACH region.
- Proven ability to lead multiple marketing activities, meet tight deadlines and deliver clear and measurable results.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and the global marketing team.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM / sales enablement tools.
- Experience working within an international environment preferred. Experience in the logistics / supply chain industry is a plus.
- Ability to travel when required (around 20% potential travel to tradeshows and events).
- Proficient English and native German written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
