In this role you will:

Supporting the Sales Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and execute strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Developing Action Plans: Create tailored action plans for the sales team, ensuring efficient implementation and tracking results.

Managing Billing Processes: Oversee and optimize the invoicing and billing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Managing Smaller Customer Accounts: Build strong relationships with smaller clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.

Forecasting and Demand Planning: Assist in analyzing market trends and client needs to anticipate future demands and opportunities for growth.

Streamlining Communication: Act as a liaison between key clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination of resources.

Business Case Development: Prepare and present structured business cases using data-driven insights to support sales initiatives.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements in internal workflows and customer account management.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to Analyze Complex Relationships: A strong aptitude for identifying, understanding, and managing interconnected business operations and dependencies.

Proficiency in Excel: Solid experience with advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and statistical analysis, to manage and interpret data effectively.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively across diverse teams while building trust and fostering team spirit.
