Our portfolio includes @stuttgartermeme, the largest 0711 community on Instagram with over 190,000 followers.\n\n## Your Role\n\nFor @stuttgartermeme, we are looking for support in content production. No coffee runs, no intern nonsense, but independently creating memes, Reels, and carousels that really work in Stuttgart. You will work in our creative office on Tübinger Straße, alongside other creative teams (including Endgame Entertainment), and can exchange ideas both professionally and creatively.\n\nBefore applying, please check out @stuttgartermeme and also look at similar city pages like @koelistkool, @hamburg, or @karlsruhermemes for orientation. You should understand how these formats work and what fits Stuttgart.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Produce content for stuttgartermeme: Memes, Reels, Stories, and Carousels\n* Independently develop ideas, implement them, and deliver postable results\n* The goal is consistent output. With full utilization (close to 20h/week), 10 postable pieces of content per week is the target.\n* You can execute simple video edits (e.g., for Reels); editing is not a high-end film project, but you should master the basics.\n* Work closely with the team and implement feedback quickly.\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* You understand internet and meme culture and can create content relevant to Stuttgart.\n* You are proficient with Canva and have experience with an editing tool (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or Final Cut).\n* You work independently, reliably, and actually finish things.\n* Studying is a plus (e.g., HdM in Content, Communication, Marketing), but not a must if your skills are right.\n* Ideally, you are regularly in the office in Stuttgart. Remote work is possible, even for longer periods, as long as output and coordination function smoothly. If you want to work from abroad, this must be coordinated in advance to ensure organizational and formal fit.\n* On-camera appearance is optional.
