Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will develop modern, scalable software solutions for client projects and, in the future, also for internal products. You will work across the entire technology stack and actively contribute to architecture, development, and optimization processes.

Development and maintenance of backend systems with

• Python (especially RESTful APIs)

Concept and implementation of common database solutions such as

• PostgreSQL
• MongoDB
• MariaDB

Development of modern frontend applications with common frameworks such as

• Vue.js
• React
• Angular

Optional: Shopware

• PHP
• Shopware 5 and 6
• Implementation, extension, and optimization of Shopware shops
• Plugin development and interface integration
• Shopware migration

Further tasks

• Development of cloud-native software solutions for client projects
• Participation in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical concepts
• Active use and evaluation of generative AI to support software development

Your Profile

Technical Qualifications

• Experience in backend development with Python
• Very good knowledge in developing REST APIs
• Confident handling of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB
• Experience in frontend development with at least one modern framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular)
• Basic understanding of cloud-native architectures (e.g., containers, microservices, APIs, scaling)
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows

Additional Competencies

• Knowledge in DevOps-related topics (Docker, cloud platforms, monitoring)
• Practical experience with generative AI in development processes or great interest in it
• Experience working on client projects
• Experience with Shopware and the Shopware ecosystem
