As an Outbound Sales Manager (m/f/d) specializing in cold calling, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, directly engaging with potential clients. This role requires strong questioning skills and the resilience to handle rejections.
This job is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are eager to apply and refine their conversational abilities. Diligence and perseverance, especially in challenging situations, are essential.

Your Responsibilities: Performance Goals
- Proactive Lead Generation: Search for and identify new potential customers. Using our collaboratively developed sales strategy, you will independently drive outbound lead generation for our live training platform through outbound cold calling.
- Sales Qualified Leads: As the first point of contact with potential customers, your goal is to generate booked appointments through telephone acquisition.
- Cost per SQL / Conversion: Improve conversational skills and execution to achieve higher booking rates and better lead quality.
Qualifications
- You are a sales talent with professional experience in B2B telephone sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or a role with significant customer contact.
- You are persuasive, persistent, and confident. After every "no," you'll pick up the phone to convince the next lead.
- You enjoy interacting with people and love making phone calls.
- You work independently, maintain a clear overview, and approach tasks with a solution-oriented, analytical, and highly structured mindset.
- You communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally, in German (C2 level) and English (B1 level).
- You are eager to learn. New software, processes, and methods are continuously tested and integrated for improvement.
- You have completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree.
