Tasks

• Louco App Design: Design and further development of app interfaces in Figma (UI/UX, Flows, Style Guides)
• Website Optimization: Continuous adaptation, landing pages, new sections, conversion optimizations (Desktop & Mobile)
• Creative Direction: New ideas for layout, navigation & microinteractions, always close to trends (and sometimes ahead of them 😉)
• Ad-hoc Designs: Fast, high-quality implementation of spontaneous ideas (e.g., event modules, screens, mockups)
• Brand Maintenance: Ensuring Louco's look & feel remains consistent and recognizable
• Presentations: Design & creation of visual presentations for partners, sponsors, and internal ideas
• Teamwork: Close exchange with founder, marketing & development – quick coordination, clear ownership

Qualification

• UI/Web work (mandatory; please include link)
• Solid Figma skills (Auto-Layout, components, prototyping)
• Basic understanding of UX methods (User Flows, Wireframes, Information Hierarchy)
• Good sense for typography, layout, visual details
• Proficient in German or English for collaboration
• Plus, not a must: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion/prototyping, A/B thinking
