Coach für sexuelle Gesundheit - Vollzeit (m/w/d)

About the Role

We at Lovebetter Gesellschaft für männliche Sexualität are seeking new, dedicated, and empathetic employees (m/f/d) to guide our existing clients through the coaching process over the phone. You will monitor their progress, provide professional and emotional support in resolving their sexual issues, and guide them through targeted, content-specific coaching.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Independently conduct "Screening Calls" with existing clients to evaluate their current progress in our program.
• Identify clients who have stalled, with the goal of getting them back on track with implementation.
• Provide content-specific and emotional support during calls to create clarity and identify the next concrete steps in the program for clients to work on effectively.
• Offer professional support for content-related questions or uncertainties, aiming to assist clients on a thematic level and provide concrete problem-solving impulses.
• Briefly document call outcomes in our internal CRM system.
• Participate in internal feedback sessions with the Fulfillment Team to reflect on and improve your communication skills.
• Focus on efficiency: For clients who are progressing well, calls will be kept intentionally brief and goal-oriented.

Salary

3,400 Euros per month (gross)

What We're Looking For

• An empathetic understanding of people and a genuine interest in personal development.
• Enjoyment of phone conversations and no hesitation in speaking with clients daily.
• The ability to quickly recognize a client's progress and identify sticking points in the program.
• Focused, efficient, and goal-oriented work style, avoiding lengthy, unproductive conversations.
• Good understanding of psychological and interpersonal dynamics; formal education is a plus but not required.
• Clear, precise, and error-free written and spoken German.
• Willingness to follow established processes.
• Open and honest communication within the team, giving and receiving feedback constructively.
