Job Description:

We are Löwenstein Medical Technology, a medium-sized company and part of the internationally positioned Löwenstein Group. We develop and produce high-quality medical devices in Germany for worldwide use in sleep and respiratory medicine. Your Responsibilities:

• Exploratory data analysis to develop hypotheses for medical correlations
• Conception and implementation of algorithms based on machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Development of predictors and classifiers for integration into our medical devices or on microcontrollers
• Close collaboration with external cooperation partners and colleagues who manage studies and develop devices

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed education in fields such as medical technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
• Very good knowledge of Python, Matlab, or comparable tools
• Experience in digital signal processing
• Experience with AI and ML frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, scikit-learn, Pytorch)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high self-initiative
• Ability to communicate complex contexts understandably - technical and non-technical
• German (C1) and English (min. B2) spoken and written
