Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Data Entry Operations Analyst to join our remote team. This role blends high-accuracy data entry with operational analysis to support business performance, workflow optimization, and reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing structured processes and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Data Integrity
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems and databases
- Review forms, applications, and reports for completeness and accuracy
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and reports
- Maintain organized digital documentation and tracking logs
Operational Analysis & Reporting
- Compile, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics
- Assist leadership with data-driven insights and operational summaries
- Support dashboard updates and reporting improvements
Administrative Coordination
- Monitor workflow queues and ensure timely processing of records
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Assist with deadline tracking and operational scheduling support
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Support quality control initiatives and accuracy benchmarks
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative operations, or analytical roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet and secure home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems
