Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry & Administrative Specialist Support professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operational workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Database Management
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain structured electronic filing systems and ensure proper documentation storage
- Track incoming data and monitor processing timelines
Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and email management
- Respond to internal requests for information and administrative assistance
- Support leadership and departmental teams with clerical tasks
- Maintain accurate logs of operational activities and deadlines
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all data entries comply with company policies and established procedures
- Protect confidential and sensitive information
- Follow standard operating procedures and recommend process improvements
- Monitor accuracy and productivity benchmarks
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide status updates on assignments and processing tasks

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1--3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
