Activities
- Advise customers on XBRL, including ESEF, KVK or UK reporting requirements.
- Implement Tagger and Auditor and run customer training sessions.
- Support customers during peak XBRL reporting periods.
- Implement our Disclosure Management solution and help customers design efficient reporting processes.
- Build reports and support customers during their reporting cycles.
- Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge development.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services to deliver smooth, high-quality projects.
- Support new colleagues during onboarding as a buddy.
- Use AI tools in your daily work and help customers adopt AI-powered features in a responsible way.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Practical experience with XBRL (ESEF, KVK or UK reporting).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A structured, customer-focused way of working.
- Comfort with project-based work and managing several tasks at once.
- Affinity for software and technology.
- Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
- Relevant experience in finance, reporting or consulting
