As a central point of contact for all third-party fund issues, the Third-Party Funds Department advises, in particular, on the financial aspects of projects.\n\n### We are looking for you:\n\nFinancial and Contract Coordination for Third-Party Funded Projects (m/f/d)\n\nat the Munich campus\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* You will be the point of contact for third-party funded projects for scientists and researchers, as well as for interfaces in administration and faculties.\n* You will advise and support scientists and researchers in project management, particularly on financial aspects throughout the entire project lifecycle (from the application phase to project completion).\n* You will share your knowledge in training sessions on financial topics.\n\n### Your Profile:\n\n* You have completed a Bachelor's or University of Applied Sciences degree with relevant focus or a comparable completed vocational training with subject-specific additional qualification.\n* Experience in the financial processing and/or reporting of third-party funded projects, preferably at a university or an extra-university research institution, is desirable. Ideally, you have also worked in an advisory capacity.\n* You have a confident command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems.\n* Your working style is precise, structured, and independent.\n* You possess strong communication and teamwork skills, a service-oriented attitude, and are reliable.\n* Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.\n\n### Our Offer:\n\nWe offer you an interesting and responsible job with good further training and development opportunities.
