Your Responsibilities
- In your role, you will be responsible for everything from order processing, problem-solving, and quotation and complaint management in all customer areas.
- You will receive and process (operational) inquiries from external and internal customers from start to finish - always with a solution in mind.
- You will lend a listening ear to every customer and, if necessary, guide them through the process from complaint to problem resolution.
- Furthermore, you will ensure that all contacts are logged according to standard procedures and that the correct system is used for each type of contact.
- As part of the Customer Care Team, you will ensure smooth cooperation with other departments, with the goal of ensuring seamless, one-stop customer service.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed commercial training.
- You already have professional experience in customer service / customer care.
- You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in using MS Office.
- Ideally, you have SAP knowledge and experience with a ticketing system, but we are also happy to train you on our programs.
- Your strong communication and empathetic nature characterize you.
- An independent, organized, and solution-oriented way of working completes your profile.
