What you will do to drive the energy transition:

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal employees, external customers, and business partners
  • Manage and continuously improve office management and administrative processes
  • Create, issue, and manage outgoing invoices
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, including accounts receivable management and dunning processes
  • Be responsible for all SAP postings relevant to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of balance sheet and P&L figures to the sonnen Group Accounting team
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and commercial requirements in the UK context, including tax matters, customs regulations, and related topics

What you will need on that journey:

  • Proven professional experience in a similar role, ideally in office management, finance, or commercial administration
  • Experience with common accounting software, ideally SAP or a comparable system
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail
  • Business-fluent written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
