What you will do to drive the energy transition:
- Act as the central point of contact for internal employees, external customers, and business partners
- Manage and continuously improve office management and administrative processes
- Create, issue, and manage outgoing invoices
- Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, including accounts receivable management and dunning processes
- Be responsible for all SAP postings relevant to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of balance sheet and P&L figures to the sonnen Group Accounting team
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and commercial requirements in the UK context, including tax matters, customs regulations, and related topics
What you will need on that journey:
- Proven professional experience in a similar role, ideally in office management, finance, or commercial administration
- Experience with common accounting software, ideally SAP or a comparable system
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong commercial understanding and attention to detail
- Business-fluent written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
