We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to be more than just a "ticket-taker." In a lean team of high-performers, you will have end-to-end ownership of features and a direct seat at the table for technical architecture decisions.

Technical Focus

Frontend

• Vue.js / React
• TypeScript

Backend

• Node.js

• MongoDB (Modelling, Performance & Tuning)

Infrastructure

• Cloud-native deployment and CI/CD pipelines

The Profile

Experience

• At least 2--3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Language

• Fluent-level German (C1) is essential for our team communication, alongside technical English.

Stack

• Mastery of TypeScript and experience with the MEVN/MERN stack.

Mindset

• You are a "doer" with high initiative. You value clean code, active knowledge sharing, and taking responsibility for product success.
