The project: We are looking for Senior Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany.

You'll be responsible for:

• Promote diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Implement PMO and project controls frameworks.
• Support best-in-class service delivery and engagement.
• Manage cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
• Influence long-term PMO strategy development.
• Mentor and develop project teams.
• Drive innovation and support resourcing needs.

You'll need to have:

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
• Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong commercial, financial, and leadership expertise.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
