We are looking for you -- an enthusiastic personality passionate about CRM and User Experience Design. Are you eager to support successful CRM and UX projects from the initial concept workshop to go-live and beyond, providing long-term customer support? Your Responsibilities:
- Designing user-centric digital experiences for clients such as mobile.de, Ottobock, or Kleinanzeigen, among many others.
- Developing and evolving design and module systems in Figma.
- Creating campaign-specific style guides or playbooks and continuing existing style guides or playbooks.
- User Interface and Visual Design for CRM campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and web applications.
- Ideation and development of visuals, infographics, and graphical assets in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Conducting kick-offs, design, and project workshops with our clients.
- Conceptualizing navigation and interaction structures using common prototyping tools.
- Creating the optimal user experience based on personas, customer journeys, and industry-specific requirements.
Your Profile:
- For us, what you have already done is more important than what you have studied.
- You have initial knowledge in CRM, Marketing Automation, and data-based design, and experience in supporting digital projects.
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously is not a challenge for you.
- Knowledge in motion design is desirable.
- Conducting testings, interviews, and research is familiar territory for you.
- You also have excellent German language skills (min. C1) and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
