Your Team

Over 20 colleagues of various seniorities and specializations form our Artificial Intelligence team, united by a passion: developing innovative and tailor-made software for our clients using state-of-the-art AI. For this, we use current multi-modal foundation models as well as classic ML techniques to solve individual problems.

Examples? For a globally active tourism provider, we implemented an AI Holiday Planning Assistant that precisely captures customer needs and generates individual holiday offers from them. Perhaps you've already planned your last vacation with it. As part of our team, you can go one step further and implement a wide variety of AI-based applications from idea to go-live.

Your Responsibilities

• You work in close collaboration with our clients: you discuss needs, derive solution proposals, and keep our clients informed throughout the entire development process.
• Your passion lies in holistic implementation: you design AI-based systems and realize the implementation together with your team.
• Within your team, you take on technical responsibility and help to develop team colleagues in the long term.
• You identify new technologies: you test tools, methods, and models to keep our solutions and architectures up-to-date.
• You actively share your expertise - both internally with colleagues and externally through presentations at conferences or technical articles.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, data science, or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of professional experience in data engineering and AI development with the most important AI models.
• You bring sound software engineering knowledge and can develop AI-based backends – ideally with a tech stack like Python, Docker, uvicorn, FastAPI, LangChain, and DeepEval.
• You bring a DevOps mindset and can operate AI-based backends in the cloud.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You are prepared for occasional travel within Germany (workshops, trade fairs, conferences).
