About this job
We are a digital advertising agency specializing in email marketing (e-commerce) and have become the market leader in the DACH region in recent years.
You will work directly with the founder and management of our 30-person agency.
Tasks
Pipeline Generation
- Take over the top funnel of our sales funnel and generate 50 qualified meetings per month after full ramp-up.
- Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first 2 weeks.
- Conduct multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify prospects based on our ICP criteria and strategic fit.
Prospect Engagement
- Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
- Craft personalized messages that truly stand out and generate responses.
- Handle objections and qualify purchase intent before booking meetings.
- Utilize our advanced sales tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
Process Excellence
- Ensure detailed CRM hygiene and precise pipeline forecasting.
- Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Hand over in detail to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
- Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine our ICP and positioning.

Skills & Experience
- 0-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or proven top performance in customer-facing roles.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex value propositions.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail in target customer/prospect qualification.
- Resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection.
- Digital proficiency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
