About the Role

Your first copy is ready, you lean back and know that it's not just any text. Rather, what you've written is a combination of words that open eyes, hearts & wallets. We notice it immediately: Copywriting is exactly your thing.

You probably already know the client you're currently working for from "Die Höhle der Löwen" or your Instagram feed. Cool, right?

We are a growing agency with a full focus on our core competence: Email Marketing. In the last 4 years, we have grown from 2 to 30 people and this year we will grow significantly again.

What awaits you

Responsibilities

• Clients: You work with online shops where you like to shop yourself (cosmetics, jewelry, fitness products, fashion, etc.)
• Implementation: You know that the creative part is the most important and write texts with a clear intention: to sell and/or inform
• Team: You work together with our graphic designers, account managers & our technical support
• Best Practices: Together we create best practices with our shipping volume that move you forward in your work and us as a company
• Ideas: New impulses & concepts are welcome here (Our clients are always open to creative tests & we also have the necessary technical resources for implementation)
• Responsibility: You have a direct impact on the growth rate & profitability of our clients

Qualifications

• Level: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in copywriting, e.g. for an e-commerce company, an agency, or even for info products. A portfolio with cool references, however, convinces us just as much.
• Programs: Proficiency in Word & Google Docs is a must, and mastering the 10-finger typing system is an advantage so you don't wear out your index fingers ;)
• Education / Studies: Is secondary. What matters is what you can achieve today
• Languages: Fluent German and solid English skills in speaking and writing
