We are a growing email marketing agency, and our clients (e-commerce companies) are likely familiar to you from shows like "Die Höhle der Löwen" and your Instagram feed. In the last 2 years, we've grown from 2 to 20 people, and we plan to grow significantly again this year.

Responsibilities

• Clients: You will work with online shops where you enjoy shopping yourself (cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.).
• Communication: You are the central point of contact between our clients and the team. Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration, you will build strong relationships with our clients and bear full responsibility for project planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Team: You will have your own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation. Your main focus will be on strategy development.
• Best Practices: Shipping volumes that advance your work and us as a company, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Ideas: Our clients are always open to innovative tests, and we have the necessary technical resources to make your ideas a reality.
• Responsibility: You will have a direct impact on the growth rate and profitability of our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience: You already have 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your knowledge.
• Technical Know-how: Prior knowledge of Klaviyo is an advantage, but your willingness to learn new tools is crucial.
• Communication Talent: You approach people openly, and your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to talk to you.
• Analytical Mindset and Creativity: You can interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies from it.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and have solid English skills, both written and spoken.
