To successfully implement the next growth steps, we are looking for a proactive Founder's Associate with a hands-on mentality to support us in day-to-day operations. You will work directly with the founder and management of our 30-person agency.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Event & Partner Coordination: You will organize our own event series "Pre Com", coordinate co-marketing activities with Klaviyo, and support the planning and execution of trade fair appearances.\n* Coordination: You will coordinate both internal and external appointments and business trips (trade fairs, customer visits, workations, etc.).\n* Sales Assistance & Follow-up: You will accompany our sales process: from following up on cold emails and scheduling appointments to initial introductory calls with potential customers. You will call qualified leads and ensure that no inquiry is left behind.\n* CRM & Process Management: You will maintain our CRM, keep deals up-to-date, and ensure that follow-ups are made at the right time.\n* Marketing & External Presence: You will coordinate our organic content marketing -- blog, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts -- and ensure that our external presence remains professional.\n* Recruiting: You will review incoming applications and conduct initial interviews with applicants.\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Experience Level: You already have initial experience in a sales support, project coordination, or marketing role -- or you convince us with your organizational talent, reliability, and communicative approach over the phone.\n* Communication: You are not afraid to contact people by phone -- whether it's to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, or arrange events.\n* Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and CRM systems are familiar territory for you.
