Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise our international guests via phone and email (German & English).
  • Process reservation inquiries and maintain/update guest data in our web-based programs.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out, digital access, and general inquiries about their stay.
  • Swift and solution-oriented handling of requests, special cases, and complaints, including documentation of all processes.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management for technical issues or urgent guest requests.
  • Process inquiries via booking platforms (e.g., Booking/Airbnb) and internal communication channels.
  • Accompany new employees during their initial shifts.

Your Profile:

  • Ideally, initial experience in customer service, the hotel industry, or serviced apartments.
  • Very good communication skills and a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor in German (spoken and written).
  • Good English skills for supporting international guests.
  • High service and customer orientation, with an empathetic and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a meticulous work approach, even under high inquiry volume.
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly learn digital processes and new tools.
  • Independent, structured work style, and confident operation in a 100% remote environment.
  • Confident use of MS Office and digital communication/documentation tools (e.g., email, CRM systems).
