Your Responsibilities:

• Support and advise our international customers on our serviced apartments via phone and email.
• Process reservation requests and maintain customer data in our booking system, reservation system, and key system (Ibelsa, Straiv, and Salto).
• Support the optimization of our service processes by actively contributing ideas and feedback.

Your Profile:

• Experience in customer service or serviced apartments is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Independent and solution-oriented work style with the ability to work remotely from home.
• High customer focus and the ability to respond to customer needs.
• Confident use of common office applications and digital communication tools.

What We Offer:

The position is designed as a mini-job (mini-job limit of €603 per month). You will take on 4 shifts per month:

• 2 shifts during the week (Mon-Fri) each from 5:00 PM - 11:59 PM
• 2 shifts on the weekend (Sat/Sun) each from 10:30 AM - 11:59 PM
