Tasks
- Responsibility for the performance of our portfolio on Amazon
- Systematic conversion optimization of product detail pages
- Analysis of customer feedback, reviews, questions & purchase motives
- Dealing with products, symptoms, ingredients and use cases
- Analysis of market, competition, reviews & performance data
- Derivation of clear optimization measures for content, structure & positioning
- Close cooperation with PPC, content and operations teams
Requirements
- Basic understanding of how users buy online and which factors influence conversion
- Initial experience in e-commerce (Amazon, webshop, D2C, agency, studies or projects)
- Proficient in dealing with key figures and evaluations (e.g. conversion rate, shopping cart, clicks, sales)
- Routine in working with Excel or Google Sheets, e.g. filtering, simple evaluations, comparisons, deriving insights
- Motivation to work data-based on products, customer feedback and new platforms (e.g. Amazon)
