Tasks

• You are responsible for the setup and expansion of the entire procurement process for raw materials and finished goods.
• You establish new supplier relationships and expand existing ones.
• You are responsible for operational procurement -- from placing orders (POs) to ensuring timely delivery (ETA) to checking and processing invoices.
• You are responsible for managing service levels and delivery performance, including delivery planning and total cost analysis.
• You organize and optimize processes at a strategic and operational level.
• As a digital native, you use all available digital systems naturally. Your Excel analysis skills are at an expert level.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field; alternatively, an equivalent vocational training.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the startup or management and strategy consulting sector.
• Your negotiation talent is remarkable -- you can assert yourself while always remaining fair.
• You are resilient and highly motivated, work in a structured manner, and are a true team player.
• You communicate reliably and confidently, both in German and English, and have a permanent residence in Berlin.
