To achieve this vision, we are currently expanding our Acquisition Team. With a clear focus on scalable, profitable new customer acquisition. And Paid Social is one of our most important growth drivers.

Our ambition in the Acquisition Team:

• Build the best media buying team in Germany.
• Take UGC, Direct Response & VSL funnels to a new level.
• Scalable new customer acquisition with clear CAC logic and profitability focus.

For this, we are currently investing heavily: in creatives and funnels, infrastructure, testing, and talent. If you don't just want to manage campaigns, but actively dominate a market as part of an ambitious Acquisition Team, read on.

Tasks

• Independent scaling of our Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition
• Passionate analysis of the entire funnel from the first ad click to checkout, and identification of concrete optimization levers (Hook, Angle, Offer, LP, UX, Trust elements, Checkout)
• Development and optimization of scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats such as VSLs
• Strategic further development of our creative strategy beyond Static & UGC, with a clear view of the future of D2C Performance
• Close collaboration with Direct Response Copy, Creative Strategy, and CRO to quickly test performance hypotheses and iteratively improve them
• Building and developing a structured creative testing framework (Hooks, Angles, Mechanisms, Objection Handling)
• Data-driven control based on CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
• Continuous market, competitor, and US research to identify performance impulses early on

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta)
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce (ideally in the supplements, beauty, or cosmetics sector)
• Profound understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
• You don't just analyze numbers, you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
• You know that Static Ads and classic UGC are important, but also recognize that long-form formats like VSLs shape the future in the D2C sector
• Experience in the conception or strategic co-development of performance creatives
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent in German & English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Long-Form/VSL-Funnels
• Subscription models or high AOV products
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or other creative tools
• TikTok Paid experience
