Your Role With Us:
As our new working student in CRM, you will play an important role in shaping our customer communication and loyalty. You will support the team in planning, implementing, and analyzing email campaigns, work with CRM tools, and help further develop our customer journeys. With your eye for data and interest in marketing processes, you will contribute to making our communication personal, relevant, and effective.
Your tasks include:
- Support in planning, implementing, and optimizing our CRM campaigns
- Co-designing segmentation and personalization strategies using modern CRM tools
- Analyzing campaign performance and deriving concrete optimization suggestions
- Developing customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns along the entire customer experience
What You Bring:
- You are actively pursuing your studies and are eligible for a working student position.
- Language Skills: You can communicate in both written and spoken German and English.
- First experiences in CRM or email marketing: Ideally, you have already worked with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce -- or are eager to learn.
- Analytical thinking & affinity for data: You enjoy working with numbers, interpreting KPIs, and deriving actionable recommendations.
- Interest in Customer Experience & Lifecycle Marketing: You want to understand how customer loyalty works and what makes a good customer journey.
- Motivation and initiative: You are eager to take responsibility, develop yourself, and actively contribute your ideas to the team.
