Your Tasks:

• Preparation, participation, and execution of procurement and conditions negotiations
• Timely and economical procurement in the responsible area
• Processing of defect reports and complaint matters, as well as initiating corresponding improvement measures
• Master data management and maintenance
• Invoice checking and processing
• Coordination with team and purchasing management regarding market changes
• Close coordination with interface departments

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with corresponding additional qualification or a degree in business administration
• Professional experience in operative purchasing required
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and sense of responsibility
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as teamwork skills
• Good English skills for collaboration with international suppliers
• Profound knowledge of SAP MM
