About Us
We don't just create products that care. We care for what defines us -- innovation, quality, sustainability, and a culture that connects. As MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS GROUP, we have two strong entities under one roof: MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS excels with tailor-made private label solutions, while SCHRÖDER COSMETICS stands for our own brands. With a product range of over 2,000 different care products, we are among the leading manufacturers in our industry in German-speaking countries. Today, as a medium-sized family company, we employ around 900 people at our four locations in Baden-Württemberg and distribute our products worldwide in over 70 countries. Here, the mid-market meets start-up spirit, assembly line meets creativity, work clothes meet fashion, and craftsmanship meets high-tech. Show us what makes you unique and help us shape the cosmetics world of tomorrow.
