Senior Management Consultant (Contract)

Location: Munich, Germany (Full Remote) Start Date: ASAP

This role is for a Senior Management Consultant to join a global IT company in Germany as part of the "Further Development of Crisis Management" project. The project focuses on advancing Crisis Management (CM) and implementing the CM lifecycle, which includes regular plan reviews, annual exercises and workshops, lessons learned cycles, and risk assessments.

Specific Scope of Services:

• Coordinate all CM lifecycle steps to maintain CM within the company.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of the crisis management plan.
• Objectively evaluate the crisis management system and propose improvements.
• Identify and analyze crisis risks.
• Develop company-specific templates and presentations for the CM lifecycle.
• Prepare and follow up on CM tests and exercises.
• Develop presentations for crisis management workshops.
• Prepare crisis management exercises.
• Document and track lessons learned.
• Consult on and implement objective CM improvement potentials.
• Analyze the current status and provide expert advice on project procedures.
• Analyze improvement potentials after CM lifecycle completion.
