Sales Automation & AI Specialist (Freelancer)

About Us

We are a specialized tech recruiting agency focused on Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Cloud. To scale our outbound and inbound engine, we are looking for a Sales Automation & AI Specialist who builds → runs → optimizes our entire automated sales infrastructure.

Your job is simple: Build a machine that generates qualified leads on autopilot.

Mission

Design, implement and continuously optimize a fully automated, AI-powered outbound sales engine that drives qualified B2B recruiting leads at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Automation Infrastructure

  • Build & manage multi-channel outbound systems (LinkedIn/Indeed/etc → Email → Calls → Retargeting).
  • Set up automated sequences, triggers, workflows, lead routing & CRM integrations.
  • Implement tools like GoHighLevel / Pipedrive / HubSpot / Instantly / Expandi / Apollo / Clay / Make.com / Zapier / Lemlist (or equivalents).

Data Acquisition & Enrichment

  • Build scalable lead lists using scraping and enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, Dropcontact, Lusha, PhantomBuster, Seamless, etc.).
  • Design automated workflows to update CRM and enrich data dynamically.
  • Use APIs and automations to connect multiple sources.

AI-Driven Outreach

  • Build AI agents & workflows (e.g., ElevenLabs voice agents, GPT-based email writers, LinkedIn message generators).
  • Create personalized outreach at scale with dynamic AI prompts and personalization rules.
  • Maintain quality deliverability across all channels.

Growth & Performance Analytics

  • Define KPIs across the funnel: deliverability → opens → conversions → meetings booked.
  • Build dashboards for tracking performance optimization.
  • A/B test messaging, tone, sequences, audiences, niches, etc.

Internal Process Automation

  • Automate repetitive sales tasks for the recruiting team.
  • Implement lead scoring, qualification flows, and routing rules.
  • Create internal SOPs and playbooks for scalable outbound operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Hard Skills

  • Strong experience with automation tools & growth tech:
    • Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive
    • PhantomBuster, Make.com, Zapier, n8n
    • LinkedIn automation (Expandi, Dripify, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of B2B outbound flows & ICP targeting.
  • Experience setting up email infrastructure:
    • DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, deliverability management.
  • Ability to build API integrations, webhooks, custom automations.
  • Basic coding/scripting preferred (Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, RPA agents.
  • Able to create scalable scraping workflows ethically and safely.

Soft Skills

  • Builder mentality: test, break, fix, improve fast.
  • Structured, analytical thinking with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently & take ownership of the entire automation stack.
  • Strong communication: able to translate technical setups into internal SOPs.

Bonus Skills

(Not required, but a big advantage)

  • Experience in lead automation for Recruiting / HR Tech / Staffing companies.
  • Understanding of the German B2B market.
  • Experience training AI agents (voice text) for outbound.
  • Ability to write high-converting email sequences.
