FP&A Analyst -- Forecasting & Pricing (m/f/d)
Finance inspired by you - Your tasks
As part of our European Finance team, you will support forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across approximately 30 European markets. Working closely with National Sales Companies (NSCs) as well as internal Finance, Pricing, and Sales teams, you will contribute to accurate financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coordinating profit forecast and variable marketing control activities across European markets
- Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring forecast, budget, and reporting data
- Conducting and consolidating variance analyses related to gross profit, pricing, and variable marketing expenses
- Supporting the consolidation of financial forecasts across multiple markets
- Supporting NSC analysts with forecast input, reporting topics, and SAP Business Intelligence-related processes
- Assisting with financial analyses and profitability calculations for current and new vehicle models
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from Finance, Pricing, and Sales, including the New Model Pricing Team
- Supporting financial reviews, management reporting, and presentations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes and tools
- Supporting training activities and finance-related process topics for the European markets
Passion meets power - Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Forecasting, FP&A, or Business Analysis
- Experience in an international environment or the automotive industry is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good Excel skills and confidence working with financial and reporting systems
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Additional European language skills are a plus
