With your experience, expertise, and passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

• Independent planning, control, coordination, and monitoring of all contractual production services during the development, series preparation, and production phases of a project
• Main representative for production concerns within the program team, acting as the point of contact for production within the program, and participating in Make or Buy decisions
• Ensuring economically and technically efficient service delivery through targeted planning, control, and monitoring of assigned work packages
• Leading a project team consisting of representatives from specialist departments for the economically and technically optimized execution of the project
• Independent creation and optimization of extensive quantity structures with in-house and external services, opportunities, risks, and production plans, involving all necessary specialist departments
• Development, design, and implementation of production concepts, considering modern manufacturing technologies
• Ensuring interface coordination between development and manufacturing departments, as well as the successful transfer of development results into production
• Creation of required documentation and reporting, as well as collaboration with universities and institutes
• Support for sales and programs in contract negotiations, price reviews, or subsequent negotiations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or comparable fields
• Extensive knowledge and proven many years of experience in project management
• Comparable degrees and qualifications will also be considered
• Proven experience in the technical guidance of teams and team leadership qualities
• Very good knowledge and experience in using SAP
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Judgment skills regarding performance, time, and cost estimations
• Self-motivated and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Constructive approach to criticism and assertiveness in conflict situations
• Polished, confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
