With your experience, your know-how, and your passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

  • Responsibility for conducting supplier classifications within the scope of Sustainability.
  • Ensuring a consistent process, initiating and monitoring qualifying measures for the procurement department and for suppliers in cooperation and coordination with the Expert Supply Chain Sustainability Management (w/m/d).
  • Participating in the creation of requirements, in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools for Sustainable Procurement, taking into account relevant national and international regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements in the subcontractor chain/supply chain regarding CSRD, CS3D, LkSG, ESG, and relevant legislation.
  • Creating reporting for the Sustainable Procurement department.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Completed studies in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding additional qualifications.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
  • Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements, specifically relevant standards as well as EU and national legislation in the field of Sustainability.
  • Knowledge of process management is desirable.
  • Experience in Sustainable Procurement reporting, especially Scope 3.
  • Sound knowledge of modern work methods, processes, and IT tools.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, interest in new topics and areas of responsibility, as well as a goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to abstract and simplify, as well as to recognize dependencies.
  • Independent work and willingness for occasional business trips.
