Our expertise ranges from state-of-the-art software and IT architectures to sophisticated engineering solutions in almost all industrial sectors.\n\n## Your Role\n\nTo strengthen a specialized project team, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\n* Technical processing of complaints towards customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces, including analysis of construction deviations.\n* Recording, processing, and tracking of quality deviations and errors in the CAQ system.\n* Creation and maintenance of QSB codes as well as support for quality-related evaluations.\n* Conducting and moderating quality improvement processes (QVP) together with suppliers.\n* Application of structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) for sustainable error elimination.\n\n### Your Profile\n\n* Completed technical degree or comparable qualification or many years of professional experience in a technical environment (e.g., mechanical engineering, electronics, mechatronics).\n* Professional experience in quality management, ideally as a Quality Manager or Auditor.\n* Profound knowledge of complaint management and structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).\n* Confident handling of CAQ systems and quality-related documentation processes.\n* Very good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.\n* Note: Proficiency in German (level C1) is required.\n\n### What We Offer\n\n* Varied projects with renowned industrial companies\n* Individual support and further training opportunities\n* Work-life balance (including home office, events)\n* Company pension plan\n* Numerous employee discounts\n\n### Your Development Opportunities\n\nWe want to work with you long-term!
