Als ein Associate Clinical Research Monitor in Deutschland, die DACH Region (Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz) unterstützend, leisten Sie einen direkten Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Durchführung klinischer Studien und stellen dabei die Einhaltung von Studienprotokollen, der Guten Klinischen Praxis (GCP) sowie aller relevanten nationalen und internationalen regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher.

In dieser Rolle nehmen sie eine bedeutende Rolle ein, innovative Medizintechnologien zu Patientinnen und Patienten zu bringen, indem Sie eng mit klinischen Studienzentren, Prüfärztinnen und Prüfärzten sowie internen und externen Interessenvertretern zusammenarbeiten. Sie tragen dazu bei, dass unsere klinischen Studien nach höchsten Qualitäts , Integritäts und Compliance Standards durchgeführt werden, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Patientensicherheit, Site Management und Monitoring Aktivitäten.

Bei dieser Position, die in Deutschland besetzt werden soll, handelt es sich um eine Homeoffice Stelle. Sie arbeiten also Remote. Das bedeutet, dass ihre Heimatadresse als ihr primärer Arbeitsort gilt, sofern sie sich nicht gerade auf Dienstreise befinden.

Bei dieser Position, die in Deutschland besetzt werden soll, handelt es sich um eine Homeoffice Stelle. Sie arbeiten also Remote. Das bedeutet, dass ihre Heimatadresse als ihr primärer Arbeitsort gilt, sofern sie sich nicht gerade auf Dienstreise befinden.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

  • Überwacht den Fortschritt klinischer Studien an den Prüfzentren‑ oder in der Unternehmenszentrale und stellt sicher, dass diese gemäß Studienprotokoll, Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP), den Regeln der Guten Klinischen Praxis (GCP) sowie allen anwendbaren regulatorischen Anforderungen durchgeführt, dokumentiert und berichtet werden.

  • Baut die Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfärztinnen und Prüfärzten, klinischen Auftragsforschungsinstituten (CROs), angeschlossenen Krankenhäusern und Forschungseinrichtungen auf und pflegt diese, um klinische Studien für Produkte mit Genehmigung als Prüfpräparat oder Medizinprodukt zu initiieren und voranzutreiben.

  • Verantwortlich für die Überprüfung von unerwünschten Ereignissen gemeinsam mit den Prüfärztinnen und Prüfärzten, für die Planung und Überwachung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Terminen, für die Erstellung studienbezogener Dokumente sowie für die Erstellung von Statusberichten.

  • Kann ggf. bei der Konzeption, Entwicklung und Überwachung klinischer Evaluierungsprojekte unterstützen.

  • Schulung von Prüfärztinnen und Prüfärzten sowie Prüfstellenpersonal.

  • Umfasst Tätigkeiten von Clinical Research Associates (CRA) sowohl im Homeoffice als auch im Außendienst.

  • Setzt die von den klinischen Teams definierte klinische Entwicklungsstrategie um und bereitet diese vor.

  • Nimmt ggf. Kontakt zu qualifizierten Prüfärztinnen und Prüfärzten auf und empfiehlt diese zur Durchführung von Studien und zur Initiierung klinischer Prüfungen.

  • Stellt die Rekrutierung und Studienbindung von Prüfungsteilnehmern sicher.

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

  • Bachelor‑, Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Naturwissenschaften, der Pflege oder einem anderen gesundheitsbezogenen Fachgebiet

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Clinical Research Monitoring

  • Gutes Verständnis relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen und Standards (z. B. Kenntnisse der Guter Klinischer Praxis (GCP), ICH‑Leitlinien, FDA‑CFR, ISO‑Normen, klinische Forschungsethik, EU‑Richtlinien usw.)

  • Klare und effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift

  • Gute zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anderen

  • Proaktivität, sowie die Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen und sich verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten

  • Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in einer Matrixorganisation

  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen und grundlegende Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen: funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, Entscheidungsfindung, Umsetzung, Ergebnisorientierung, Prozessverbesserung sowie Kundenzufriedenheit

  • Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen souverän zu bleiben und sich an wechselnde Prioritäten und konkurrierende Anforderungen anzupassen

  • Hohe Gewissenhaftigkeit und Genauigkeit

  • Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Word, PowerPoint, Excel sowie Datenbankanwendungen

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
